Home Internet mobile app

I was part of the T-Mobile Home Internet team for a few years and worked on the T-Life mobile app, in particular the Home Internet product user flows, including first time set up. We implemented a AR/VR feature to find the perfect location to place the router gateway called the Gateway Placement Assistant, allowing customers to visually see the strongest WiFi signal in their homes based on the nearest cell service tower. The Gateway Placement Assistant reduced set up times by nearly 20%.
